BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — The Bartlesville Police Department say a man is back home.
They say he was staying in the city due to a power outage.
Bartlesville police say that 85-year-old Eugene August Springer hadn’t been seen since Friday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m.
Police say Springer lives in Pawhuska but had been staying at the Hampton Inn in Bartlesville due to a power outage.
He may be driving a dark grey 2016 Honda CRV with Oklahoma Plate No. CRZ-420.
Police say Springer suffers from dementia and may appear to be confused or lost.
